At Overtime, we follow a 3-Step process to get you back from pain to not only achieving but exceeding your goals.

DISCOVER:

Before and during your first appointment, we will conduct a thorough sport specific assessment to DISCOVER functional movement dysfunctions and impairments looking at the body globally. We will ask questions, answer your questions and concerns, take you through a thorough, sport- specific assessments and educate you on what we found during our examination.

OPTIMIZE:

We will correct and OPTIMIZE dysfunctions, injuries and impairments with experienced physical therapists using evidence-based rehabilitation.

Taking an evidence-based approach, we will take all the information that we gathered during our initial appointment and create a program for you to work on not only your main issue, but also the root cause of the issue. We will reduce your pain, address mobility impairments, strength limitations, and write you a program realistic to your time and goals.

Forget about generic exercise sheets—everything we give you is individualized for YOU.

PERFORM:

Return to sport or activity pain free using our individualized plan tailored for you to PERFORM and exceed peak performance in your sport or activity.

Once you're pain-free, our focus shifts to keeping you healthy and preventing future injury. In our state-of-the-art facility, we'll work on recovery and ensure you stay at your best throughout your season or activity. And if you have performance goals, we'll help you reach them as well!
